Community member Jimmy Zumwalt, owner of Zumwalt’s Feed Mill, contracted Heintz Welding to assist with building a giant cowbell for Belle. The new attraction has been constructed along Highway 28 frontage with the Rock Island Trail at its back. Zumwalt has offered the new green space to be a trailhead for the Rock Island Trail. He also plans to have the cowbell measured and entered in as the biggest one currently on record.
