Bland Middle School parents were present at the March 26 Maries County R-2 Board of Education meeting to discuss concerns they had about learning standards and bullying. Both moms had to sign up to be on the agenda. They had three minutes to address the board and were informed it would be strictly enforced prior to beginning.
