Angela “Angie” Rena Baker, 64, Dixon, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019, in the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics, Columbia.
She was born June 3, 1955, to Luther Jasper and Caroline Jane (Shelton) Alexander, at Waynesville.
She was united in marriage to Danny Dean Baker, June 18, 1971, at Dixon.
Angie was preceded in death by parents, Luther and Caroline; brothers, Buell Alexander, Hurshcall Alexander and Leland Alexander; sister, Linda Overshon; father-in-law, Wilburn Baker; mother-in-law, Fae Baker; brother-in-law, Johnny Aaron; and sisters-in-law, Pam and Mary Lea Alexander.
She is survived by husband, Danny; children, Terry Dean Baker of Rolla, Tina Tegart and husband John of Rolla, Dustin Baker and wife Natalie of Republic and Courtney Nivens and husband Bradley of Rolla; brothers, Jack Alexander and wife Mary of Springfield and Dariel Alexander of Dixon; sister, Brenda Aaron of Dixon; brother-in-law, Bobby Overshon of Dixon; sisters-in-law, Patsy Alexander and Maxine Alexander, both of Dixon; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 14, in the Church of Christ, Dixon, with Brendan S. Carr officiating. Interment was in Seaton Cemetery, Dixon. Memorial contributions suggested to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements entrusted to Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon.
