Nikki Miller and Bryce Fowler wish to announce the birth of their daughter Charlee Isla Jade Fowler, born Jan. 2, 2019. Charlee joins sister Audree Fowler.
Charlee weighed seven pounds and 6.6 ounces at birth and was 19.5 inches long.
