Charlsie Lea Creamer, 97, Dixon, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020, in the Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach.

She was born June 23, 1922, to William Everett and Ethel Genevieve (Doyel) Bullock, near Dixon.

She was united in marriage to Rockford Eads Creamer, March 5, 1946, at Dixon.

Charlsie was a member of First Church of God, Dixon. She had been a teacher at High Point School and was later employed at Brown Shoe Factory, Dixon, for 34 years, until her retirement in 1985.

She was preceded in death by parents, William and Ethel; husband, Rockford; son, Perry Kent Creamer; son-in-law, George Leroy Thompson; siblings, Raymond Bullock, Jessie Slone, Bennett Bullock and Donna Perry.

She is survived by daughter, Connie Thompson of Dixon; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Creamer of Dixon; and five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be (today) Wednesday, March 18, from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Dixon Chapel of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home followed by funeral services with Rev. Jerry Dooley of Word of Life Fellowship Church, Dixon, officiating. Interment will be in the Dixon Cemetery.
