Donald Leroy Sieg, of Vichy, passed away Monday, Aug. 28, 2023, at the age of 80.
He was born Jan. 25, 1943, to the late Walter Sieg and Francis (Ferral) Sieg in Peoria, Ill.
He was united in marriage to Leona Jane (Duncan) Sieg, March 17, 1962, .
Don enjoyed deer hunting, turkey hunting, and fishing. He loved farming, planting a garden and barbecuing. He also enjoyed listening to country music. Most of all, he loved spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents, Walter and Francis; son, Daryl Lee Sieg; brothers, Leonard Sieg and Clarence Sieg; and sisters, Opal Krote, Mary Sieg, Irene Eagle, Vivian Boccardo and Mildred Stockton.
Don will be greatly missed by his surviving family which includes wife, Leona of Vichy; brother, Johnnie Sieg and wife Beverly of Salem; and sister, Betty Williams of Rolla.
Funeral services for Donald L. Sieg will be conducted Thursday, Aug.31, at 11 a.m. at Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla. Interment will follow in the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
All arrangements are under the direction of the Null and Son Funeral Home of Rolla.
