Mary Louise (Heidbreder) Barbarick Hesemann, 86, Bland, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Gasconade Manor in Owensville.
She was born Dec. 4, 1933, to Louis and Lizzie (Schneider) Heidbreder, in Gasconade County.
She was united in marriage to Basil Barbarick, March 10, 1964, in Belle. Basil preceded her in death, March 19, 1989. She was later united in marriage to Marvin Hesemann, Jan. 3, 2001, in Stoney Hill. Marvin preceded her in death on March 28, 2008.
Mary attended school in Bland and was a member of First Baptist Church in Bland. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and enjoyed playing bingo.
She was also preceded in death by parents, Louis and Lizzie; and sister, Geneva Schaeferkoetter.
She is survived by one son, Bill Heidbreder Sr. and wife Cheryl of Bland; three grandchildren, Cassie Piles and husband Brian of Bland, Billy Heidbreder and wife Tammy of Lebanon and Michael Heidbreder and his wife Angie of Belle; seven great-grandchildren, Jacob and Brett Piles and Corey, Caleb, Layni, Bryce and Jenna; and one sister, Arlene Lacy of Rockford, Ill.
Visitation and funeral services were held Tuesday, June 30, at Sassmann’s Chapel in Bland with Pastor Danny Jarvis officiating. Interment followed in the Campbell Cemetery near Belle. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Campbell’s Cemetery.
