Elsie Ann Simmons, 84, Otterville, passed away Thursday, July 16th.
She was born Sept. 27, 1935, to Ada Maude Cooper and Homer Lee Fairfax in Salisbury.
She was united in marriage in 1954, to Donald Lee Simmons in Salisbury.
Elsie was a member of the United Methodist Women and served on the Board of the Otterville Senior Center.
She was preceded in death by husband, Donald; parents, Homer and Ada; daughter, Lori Ann Simmons; and brother, Homer Fairfax Jr.
She is survived by sons, Mark and wife, Judy, of Otterville, Don and wife, Sandra, of Robertsville and Tim and wife, Dana, of Dixon; seven granddaughters; four grandsons; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral service was held at Tuesday, July 21, at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. Interment was in the New Lebanon Cemetery.
