Floyd Nelson Leimkiller, 75, Rolla, passed away Sunday, Dec. 29, 2019.
He was born May 15, 1944, to Marvin E. and Anna A. (Reynolds) Leimkiller, in Chamois.
He was united in marriage to Virginia (Beazley) Leimkiller, Aug. 17, 1963. She preceded him in death. He was later united in marriage to Sarah Ann Payne Leimkiller, Feb. 14, 2019.
Floyd graduated from Southwest Missouri Baptist University. He became an ordained Baptist minister and served several Baptist church congregations throughout Missouri. For the past 11 years, he was pastor of the Union Hill Baptist Church near Vienna.
In addition to his first wife, he was also preceded in death by parents, Marvin and Anna; and brother, Louis Leimkiller.
He is survived by wife, Sarah; daughters, Lela Schrimpf and husband Scott of Jefferson City and Marcella Nowack and husband Kevin of Columbia; brother, Marvin Leimkiller and wife Janice of Linn; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Saturday, Jan. 4, at Union Hill Baptist Church, Vienna. Interment will take place at a later date in Shirley Cemetery in Chamois. Memorial contributions suggested to Union Hill Baptist Church or Shirley Cemetery.
