Harold W. Robertson, 83, Rolla, passed away Monday, Dec. 9, 2019, at the age of 83.
He was born June 16, 1936, to Thomas Monroe and Mamie (Basham) Robertson, in Paydown.
He was united in marriage to Mary Ellen (Branson) Robertson. She preceded him in death. He was later united in marriage to Ethel (Swain) Robertson, Jan. 18, 1979. She also preceded him in death.
Harold was the founder and CEO of Robertson & Penn, Inc. He owned and operated Busy Bee Laundry in Rolla from 1983 to 2010.
He was also preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Mamie; three brothers and one sister.
He is survived by son, Samuel Robertson of Battlefield; daughters, Devonne Frye and husband George of Battlefield, Renee Miller and husband Steve of Haines City, Fla., and Tammy Walker and husband Larry of Irmo, S.C.; step-daughters, Deborah Tankersley and husband James of Belle and Brenda Pound and husband Dan of Rolla; brother, Elmer Robertson and wife Faye of Belle; and 15 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 15, at Null and Son Funeral Home, Rolla. Interment followed in Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
