Janet Sue Gant, 75, Vienna, passed away Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, in Maries Manor Health Care Center, Vienna.
She was born Jan. 2, 1944, to Benjamin Perry “Bennie” and Minnie Bernadine (Ihler) Eads, at Vienna.
She was united in marriage to Cloris “Fuzz” Burdette Gant, April 27, 1968, at Vienna.
Janet worked for Quaker Window Products in Freeburg and later with the Maries-Osage Ambulance District, retiring after over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by parents, Bennie and Minnie; husband, Fuzz; son, Jeffery “Bucky” Eads; brothers, Benjamin Paul Eads, John Arthur “Snoozer” Buelterman, Levi Glennon “Glen” Eads and Wesley Eads; and sister, Dorothy Ellen Gant.
She is survived by daughters, Becky Peterman and husband Steve, Angie Struemph and husband Dale and Amy Helton and husband Vernon, all of Vienna; sister, Wilma Helton; and four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 9-10 a.m. in the Vienna United Methodist Church, Vienna, where funeral services followed with Rev. Lynn Quist officiating. Interment was in Vienna Public Cemetery.
