LaVerne Sousan, 73, Bland, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 23, 1946, to Olivia Stoeck in O’ahu, Hawaii.
LaVerne was united in marriage to Frank Sousan, Dec. 24, in the early 1990’s in St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by mother, Olivia; husband, Frank; and daughter, Linda Tabor.
She is survived by children, Robert Ellis of Bland and Cynthia Ellis of Farmington; brothers, Paul Stoeck Jr. and wife Lynette and Duane Browning, all of Hawaii, and Robert Browning Jr. of Las Vegas, Nev.; sister, Yvonne Corpuz of Hawaii; and eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Her body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Arrangements entrusted to Gottenstroeter Funeral Home, Owensville.
