Lawrence “Larry” Luebbert, Jr., 68, Linn, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2020, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 19, 1952, to Lawrence C. Sr. and Clementine (Brandt) Luebbert, in Rich Fountain.
He was united in marriage to Mildred Werdehausen, Oct. 11, 1986, in Meta.
Larry was a 1970 graduate of Fatima High School. He was employed with MFA and Quaker Windows, both in Freeburg and later with Thriftway in Linn.
Larry was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain.
He was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence Sr. and Clementine; brother, Robert Luebbert; and sister, Delores Rustemeyer.
Larry is survived by wife, Mildred of 33 years, daughter, Jessica Chambers and husband Stony Jr.; son, Chris Luebbert and girlfriend, Mackenzie Wilson of Linn; two grandchildren; brothers, Wilfred Luebbert and wife Evelyn of Linn and Bill Luebbert and wife Pat of Sandston, Va.; and sisters, Dorothy Dresel of Freeburg and Clara Kremer of Rich Fountain.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct.10, followed by the funeral service, both at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain with Rev. William Debo officiating. Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery in Rich Fountain.
