President Trump’s 2020 Election Fantasies

Posted

As President Trump continues to delay conceding the election, I am concerned about national security and the smooth transition of power, the fantasy claims put out by his HQ are a new low. There have been no credible incidents of Republican poll watcher’s not being allowed or other such nonsense. In every court hearing so far, the cases have been rapidly thrown out because of a lack of credible evidence and law and order should apply to all, on the principal that “No one is above the law” and Article 2 of the Constitution does not give a POTUS the right “To do whatever I want.” That very type of authoritarian language should be very troubling to anybody who truly wants a democracy.
Lawyers have found that there is a big difference between just making claims, and presenting them to a court. Lying to a court can have severe consequences, so more than once these so-called concerns seem to go away when they face that hurdle. One prestigious law firm has just divorced themselves from representing President Trump any further. President Trumps cannot even get support from his own self-appointed Acting Homeland Security Director, Chad Wolf on his made-up claims.
Voter fraud claims on a systemic basis have been found to be virtually non-existent. Studies have stated that one is more likely to be struck by lightening than to experience voter fraud. I anticipate writing more on that hoax in the future.
President Trump has sabotaged every government agency possible to indeed rig the last election in his favor. This includes the USPS, and the SCOTUS as a backup to use to award him the recent election. He told us so before the latest conformation of Justice Amy Barrett. And I fail to understand how anybody can forecast how the SCOTUS should rule, presumably on the facts, on a case that has yet to be presented to the SCOTUS.
The ball game is over as far as the 2020 election. President Trump needs to acknowledge what 79 percent of the American people believe, and start acting to ensure the smooth transition of power, or to put “Country first”, rather than his own self interests.
On 20 January, President Trump will become citizen Trump. A very likely result is that he will be insolvent shortly thereafter as the little problem of $400 million owed to Deutsche can no longer be delayed. And there are many other legal concerns that he will have, as the Statute of Limitations has not run out, and just for starters, NY AG Letitia James is investigating him for a variety of concerns, to include insurance and banking fraud, and he cannot pardon himself from state charges.

Sincerely,
